Smart Contracts

smart contracts are rules stored in the blockchain that automatically trigger the agreed actions when defined events occur.

Example: Simple paper order

You order paper from the wholesaler and receive it in the warehouse. At the same time, the merchant automatically receives the agreed money without any further internal processes. No entry of bank transfer, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Example: Further processes

In addition to the retailer's payment, the supplier can also be paid and taxes and other charges can be offset at the same time.

A second smart contract is activated at the vendor, which pays the commission to the employee. This contract also transfers the social security contributions immediately to the appropriate institution.

Audit-proof handling of complex processes

With Smart Contracts we can map complex processes. The execution takes only fractions of a second. Due to the storage in the blockchain, everything is traceable and documented in an audit-proof manner.
